End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between HipHype Tech ("HipHype", "we") and the organization using a HipHype application connected to QuickBooks Online ("you"). By connecting or using the application ("the App"), you agree to this Agreement.
1. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your internal business purposes during your engagement with HipHype.
2. Your QuickBooks data
You keep all rights to your data. You authorize HipHype to access your QuickBooks Online data only as needed to provide the App, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the App in QuickBooks Online.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access other clients' data, reverse engineer it, or use it in breach of any law or of Intuit's terms of service.
4. Accuracy
The App displays information retrieved from QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks remains your system of record. We work to keep the App accurate and up to date, but you should confirm important figures in QuickBooks before acting on them.
5. Availability and support
We aim to keep the App available and working, but it may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, connection issues or outages at Intuit or our hosting providers. Support terms are set out in your project agreement with HipHype.
6. Disclaimer
Except as stated in your project agreement, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HipHype is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App and disconnect it at any time. We may suspend access if this Agreement is breached. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated terms.
